I was short a few Overture skins. Two weeks, nothing yet.

TC is busy, home at work & most of their support is in the actual workplace.
What platform did you try to contact them on?
I first tried support.gearsofwar.com and they did respond telling me to contact gearsesports@microsoft.com
Nothing since.
There was this back on May 5.
So I’ve just been waiting.
Ok, I have seen success with people emailing them. I imagine that theres a massive backlog so might be worth either dropping them a follow up email or waiting it out.
They just posted this.
In one of the responses, they said they are currently dealing with claims from the first week of May. That should be me.

I got my skins today, May 27. 
I sent the email on May 4.
Crazy… I’ve emailed the gears esports team and nothing yet. How much longer might this take?
Same. They replied yesterday and gave me the skins.
