None of the new cards that are supposed to unlock at Lv18 are unlocked for me yet. I’ve played matches with each class already and could unlock Lv19 cards just fine even with classes that hit 20 in OP4 already.
My tweet at Dana/Gears got ignored. As expected.
Played one escape game on ice queen with Mac and he went from 18 to 19.5 and card unlocked. That’s the only character I’ve played so far. Worked for me.
So you got Bullet Chain AND Harness Energy? Chain would probably unlock for me but there’s no way for me to reach 18 again to unlock Harness Energy.

Instead of 10-11 gigs like everyone else got, I got 66 gigs for some reason. Pair that with WiFi that gets 1 mbps if I’m lucky, and it isn’t pretty man.

Where your classes already level 18 or you hit level 18 with classes but the card did not unlock?
Well if the download takes long enough everything might be fixed by the time its done.
Checked this morning and it’s sitting at 35% complete. So with any luck I’ll be playing this train wreck tomorrow night.
