Anyone else missing tier rewards?

I’m not talking about operation 3, but the prior two.
I figured I’d make this since I never really found out why before but let me explain.
So I didn’t really play much of Op 1, so I know there’s nothing I have actually earned and not gotten from there, but with Op 2 I went all the way to the top and am missing rewards.
The rewards themselves that I’m missing aren’t super special, just tier banners, which is why I never cared too much, but now into op 3, I still kinda wanna know why I was never given the banners when I’ve completed that entire operation.

And before anyone says to, I already made a support ticket about it long ago and I even provided pictures to support it, but nothing ever came of it.
So anyone else have this problem thats never been solved?

Locked Banners?

I went into Kait’s customization page to look at banners and it looks like a lot of them are locked even though I made General in both TOD 1 and 2. For example: Operation 1: Enlisted 1 Banner Operation 2: Staff Sergeant 2 Banner I count 8 total banners that are locked this way from TOD 1 and 2. Is this a bug? I tried logging out and logging in but it didn’t change.

Yeah, after reading through your post, I agree that it is a low priority thing since it is just a banner, but I just thought that this should be at least noticed by TC because if this starts happening with other rewards, then there’s gonna be more problems

They were supposed to be rewards given out in the tour, but they were cut from the tour late on to reduce the amount of banners and redundant content in the tour.

They left them available to see in the banner selection page, I think TC are doing something about it though.
