Anybody else unable to find/connect to a game on PC?

I’ve been trying to find a match for the last 1-2 hours. I’ve tried ranked & quick games. I’ve also reset my PC and modem multiple times. Wanted to know if anybody else is experiencing this and if I should reinstall?
