Tbh I’m not quite satisfied with the game. But I wasnt happy with gow4 either. So just gotta deal with it I guess.

Well…dissapointed? Yes, I am. Anyway I give TC respect for trying hard to fix issues the Community is blaming.
But for me it is more the overall what Gears looks like now. I am Gears addicted. Saw Gears 1 back in 2007 and bought a 360 and Gears the next day, after beeing away from games since Dreamcast.
Gears of War was so Special! I was so excited about every new one that came out…until Judgement, which does not really exist in my Gears head.
IT was the Soul of Gears of war that made it so unique.
And even 4 was a good Video game, it just was not GoW anymore.
So for me it is the whole direction they put Gears into Not what the original fans want. They want to try to make IT a fancy looking Gearsnite for the Kids.
But the fans that sticked to Gears are grown up people. Don’t get me wrong, If they think Gears needs emotions or bloodsprays, okay. Even I don’t need it. But just the Look, the Feeling, the music, the too colourfull design pushes the Game farer away from what Made Gears Gears of war.
I mean, I know there are fans of Gears working for TC…so how can this happen? They should know what Gears of War has to look like.
Even the sign they give us with Rod leaving the franchise behind at this time, is not a good one. I really hope they choose a real Gears of War Fan as new head of the studio.
I know there is a lot of discussion of the future of Gears going on now. I really hope, they go back to GoW 1,2,3 Play it over and over again amd than make plans for 6.
This should give us a Gears game we are waiting for since 3.
Again, I am not saying TC is a Bad Studio. I mean, at least they want to keep Gears of war alive. And of course I see they are trying hard. But after the Feedbacks from 4 and 5 they should realize Gears needs that “Brothers to the end” spirit again.
Anyway I keep playing 5…need seriously, like to see the envolve they are bringing, but I still play my old Gears games, too

No. This game lacks an identity. MP is just a big mess in all the crucial ways, content & mechanics.

Honestly, yeah. I like Gears 5 but It’s biggest detriment is that it spread itself too thin and lots of players suffered in different ways for it. In some cases the problems bleed between the PvE and PvP crowds (e.g. the Hero System.
You are wright! I just felt I need to say something positive so TC still sees a light at the horizon… I don’t wanna see Gears Franchise to die.

You don’t have to lie, there’s already people here who somehow genuinely enjoy the game. You don’t have to suffer by writing undeserved positivity towards TC.

I agree. I have always stated that Gears 5 has good points, but I have to be honest and state what what I don’t like. Sadly there has been more bad than good, many make the game not fun and an artificial grind imo.

It’s the best one in the series, so yes if you hate it you aren’t a true fan. Maybe Judgement is more your speed
5 is not the best it doesnt even compete with the previous games ultimate edition plays the best then prob 3 then 4
1 is the best gears on the system. Nobody will ever be able to take you serious now.

Honestly, they need to be sued for how broken the game is and their money hungry, recycled, and drip-fed content. This is ridiculous and I feel like an idiot for buying the collectors edition.

Why should the fabricator o ly be moved by an engineer? It would kind of suck for the rest of us who play without an engineer. What happens then the fabricator stays in one spot?
And what if you play without an engineer which we often do, when we use an engineer then he/she builds but when we don’t then someone has to buy the weapons lockers so making access only for engineers is silly. Maybe play at a higher level where players know their roles, keep playing casual and it’s expected for them not to know what they’re doing
Every game should have an Engineer, whilst it is not a must, it is wise to have one. And, if you do not have an Engineer on your team, then obviously you do not need one, and therefore do not need Fabrications.
As for moving the Fabricator, i see no reason why the Fabricator can not be picked up and dropped. Also, the game should begin after a certain amount of time, regardless of or if the Fabricator is moved.
It does not take a genius to figure that one out.
What is the point in having an Engineer, if everyone can build. Having the Engineer build and only build, makes them Unique to the game, and this game really does need something Unique about it.
So far, the only thing Unique about Gears 5 Horde is the Lancer GL, and maybe the Engineer is the only one that can not use Energy for Perks. Which is another point, Energy for Perks, i would love to know what was going through the mind of the person that came up with that idea. Probably some idiot that worked on Halo 4 with the Loadout System, an ex Call of Duty programmer.
So, there, problem sort. Solution found. Get an Engineer, or do not build. Simple as that.
Anyone (even Jack) can move the fabricator. If you can’t then you might have a bug and need to uninstall/re-install.
I’m sorry if that’s the case - I had to do that 4x after an update and with it being a 1.10GB download then that SUCKED.
Still other team mates should be able to move the fabricator.
If you don’t have an engineer you can still get weapons lockers out of: Jack, Fahz, COG Gear.
They will be slow and only hold 1 thing but it is better than nothing.
Some people say you don’ t need an engineer and that’s true in ways but to beat a full 50 waves at high difficulty it will be very hard.
We played a lot in 4 BTW - if you want to do some more I play a little every day just hit me up 
I tend not to have the 3 hours needed for 50 waves of horde but Frenzy is perfect for me and Escape is a good way to level up characters and skills
