My biggest issues:

  1. the movement is slow and clunky
  2. the hit detection is broken
  3. gnahser is only 6 shots and no active
  4. lack of maps
  5. not getting characters from just playing. have to pay money or complete horrid tour of duty challenges

Just wasted time replaying two “missing” chapters and still haven’t got credit for the achievement.

Also not liking how people can sit back and shoot an enemy with a lancer a couple of times and be rewarded a kill. Lobbies don’t fill up . Having to wait 24 hrs for a challenge in the crap tour of duty is bs. So many bugs, lag and pay walls, meat shields are useless. This game is everything I knew it would be “garbage”

Won’t change anything if ppl keep buying cosmetics and keep playing.
Just Go and Play other games for 1-2 weeks maybe something happens then.

And its a shame to push a game so heavily marketing wise and deliver a game in that state.

Then not a single reaction to anything.
Players telling them what is broken, (since tech test)

And well what did we get?
Skins (to buy with real money ofc)

I‘m Not playing since 3 days and i won‘t until this Game is in a better state.
And you shouldn‘t Play it too…

  • Escape feels pointless. Not enough ammo.

  • Horde is boring and too slow. They need to make it shorter. GOW4 had this problem but at least it was somewhat satisfying (yes, even despite engineer carrying the team).

  • Ranked is unplayable in Europe due to server issues

  • Progression is completely unsatisfying and feels pointless. I don’t think there is a true progression system in place tbh.

  • Not enough maps and design of some cater to camping rather than fast-paced brawls.

Flashbangs, melee range, lancer and gnasher damage, matchmaking - every game is a struggle with how its matching teammates.

My main complaints:

  1. Slow movement, momentum/delay on strafing. it all feels “stiff” and clunky
  2. Reverse omen that takes too much screen space and make visibility really limited.
  3. Auto aim/bullet magnetism plus slow movement plus limited visibility after taking hit make shotty situations short, boring and annoying
  4. Walking along the wals while in cover is bugged and you sometimes walk really slow (when your movement stick is even just a little directed in wall direction)
  5. Flash granades range and they (their? sorry for my english) ability to blind you even if they go off behind camera/your back (they should only stun you in that situations imo)
  6. I also dont like shotgun. It gibs almost only with sawed off range and it deals too much damage from range (a lot of this is also frustrating because it’s hard to avoid with slow movement and bullet magnetism)
  7. I hate Gears 5 maps outside of District, Exhibit (for execution, sucks for objective) and Training Grounds. Gears alwas had pretty good maps and it hurts. Also small number of maps.

Or how about this, you get into one but your character changes to a low level character on Insane and the match starts immediately with no time to change character or even leave?

In the past 5 days, every time I tried to start the game, it put me through initialization - brightness, safe zones, Boot Camp, et cetra. It does NOT have my profile or game save. When I quit from boot camp, there’s a 50% chance of GW502.

This shouldn’t be what a normal game or a normal cloud service does.
