Advice with Secret Achievement not unlocking

Hello,i have been trying to unlock glitched campaign achievements in Gears of War 4 “Windows” release and it has been an unpleasant experience to say the least,currently stuck on the last one called “Welcome Home” which will not unlock no matter what i do,the other ones i got to unlock by pressing Alt+F4 and exiting the game at the time they are supposed to unlock or signing out and back again to Xbox Live in main menu with some of them unlocking the next time i booted the game or the very next day.

TL;DR does anybody have any advice on this issue?

I see you’re on TrueAchievements, so I’m guessing you checked things there. It’s apparently been buggy for years. Best I could suggest is trying to load the game on a console. If you don’t have a console, you could try a 1 month Game Pass Ultimate code and try to unlock it in a cloud gaming session, which acts as a console.
