I’m ALL about Kamikaze breaking and for the most part the strategy works more often than it doesn’t.
If the enemy team has set up defensive positions, breaking a ring means that at least 2 or more of them have had their defence play disrupted (eg havin to come out from their camping positions etc) and they have to recap the ring. It also makes the enemies next play predictable in that they may as a team (if thats their style) recap the ring as a unit. Perfect for a team mate in waitin with a boom or frag aimed at the ring. And as long as a break results in at least a 1 v 1 trade, imo it’s worth it as you might be leaving one enemy left to cap which is slower and will give my teammates more time to get to the ring.
And how many games have you played where for some reason when a match is about to end EVERYONE all of a sudden steps their break/cap game up? Or how many games have gone down to the wire? My aim is to ALWAYS keep the points gap as far apart as possible and bleeding points while I wait for my team to get on the same page isn’t a strategy I co-sign unless I’m in a stack which Im usually not.
