You can try submitting a ticket or opening all your ports if your connection is truly stable. Idk if port forwarding also works while running wifi. A person I know was getting disconnects from gears but on RDR2 it was happening every 10 min. So the fix he found was to open ports and since than he hasn’t had any issues with either game.

I don’t quit very often and I take ranked matches seriously, but still 4 hours is a little much, I couldn’t play at all during the night. An hour per quit would be more reasonable

My suggestion its that before playing Gears of War, you go to the bathroom and do you stuff, and then grab some lunch and drinks ALL OF THAT BEFORE PLAYING… im sorry to say man but according to the sheriff’s orders you got leniency on all accounts, the sentence that you should have been served was FOR AT LEAST 1 MONTH of Ban time or 2 if its possible.
No it doesn’t they should have been given you 2 months instead of 4 hours but we have covered that already.
No man most of us like @RedHulk1973 or @TC_Clown or @Saber_Skywalker we do all the lunch and drinks before playing Gears of War or Chess for that matter.

saying that about Gears of War its like saying that Chess its only a game…
when we both know it means so much more to a lot of people…
I belive its a serious and skillfull game. … you could consider " A game " perhaps Yoshi’s Story but not Gears of War or Chess.
