2v2 Gnashers_progress bar stuck

I won 80 rounds or more of the event but my progress does not advance
I kept playing but my progress bar was still 21
restart my xbox but everything remains the same.

Some possible solution???

Can you check the Rewards Page and see if allows you to claim?
