They have been fixed as of 9th December.
There are two broken achievements on Steam:
I’m The Captain Now
Reach the rank of Captain in Tour of Duty
Back on Your Feet, Soldier!
Use Jack’s Stim upgraded ability to revive a DBNO friendly in Campaign
A fix would be appreciated.

Any word on fixing these two somehow? Same on my end.

They are also broke on xbox ,along with multiple campaign achievements. They said they fixed these bugs ,but obviously they didn’t. Tc is a joke.
